Besides the half and one-kilo packs under Igloo sugar brand, AMSRL is selling the bulk pack of 50 Kg as well. As a continuity of the company’s philosophy to stand beside public in the moment of crisis, AMSRL has started its Special Sales Program for all class of people by selling retail packs at Tk. 50/kg only whereas the market rate ranges around Tk. 65. This special initiative will continue throughout the whole Ramadan covering Karwan Bazar, Press Club, Mohammadpur, Motijheel and other points in Dhaka Division. Gradually the program will be expanded across other divisional cities for the betterment of general customers. This program aims at ensuring the price stability of basic commodities during Ramadan when most of the essentials skyrockets putting general customers in extreme difficulty.
